In early 2009, GenMouse, Inc. launched KidMango as the world's largest online library of independent, professionally produced video directed at kids. KidMango is an exciting new source for the best in cartoons and kids videos, providing everything from an online syndication platform to a web site to a TV programming block that airs six days out of the week. The KidMango Library brings together popular shows from some of the world's best producers of animation and live action, and includes over a thousand videos covering everything from Einstein to aliens and vampires to Leonardo da Vinci.

From here, kids—from preschool all the way up to 12 years old—can excitedly explore this world of content based on their age range, ensuring that they're only met with KidMango’s live-action and animated series specific to their age and taste. While KidMango intends to continually expand its world of content, it will always strive to make parents and caretakers comfortable with letting their children explore its site without the fear of their children encountering anything but kid-safe material.

Before being taken on by GenMouse, KidMango and its sister site KidVideos (www.kidvideos.com) were previously incubated by PorchLight Entertainment, one of the world’s leading independent family entertainment companies. Since 1995, PorchLight Entertainment has produced award-winning children's programming such as Jay Jay the Jet Plane (PBS), Tutenstein (Discover Kids), Animalia (BBC, PBS), and Secret Saturdays (Cartoon Network).
